Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free on any plan. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel any time before then and you owe nothing.
Can I add more techs later?
Absolutely. Upgrade your plan any time or add individual seats at $49/tech/month on the Team and Company plans.
Does it work offline or in the field with poor signal?
Diagnoses require an internet connection since they're processed in real time. The app works on any smartphone browser — no download required. We recommend enabling Wi-Fi calling or having a hotspot for areas with weak cell coverage.
What trades does it cover?
HVAC (residential and light commercial), furnace and heating systems, plumbing, and electrical. We're actively expanding trade-specific knowledge — Company plan customers influence the roadmap.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access through the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
